FOUNDER, VICTORIA BROWN

Greetings! I’m Victoria, and I’m deeply committed to advancing the dance and artistic community in Los Angeles. With over 20 years of experience as a dancer, choreographer, artistic director, teacher, and curator, my work has always been rooted in serving creatives and understanding what it truly takes to bring ideas to life.

Through years of working inside the industry, one thing has become clear: while creative production has evolved, the infrastructure supporting artists has not. Our community urgently needs more than just studio space—we need intelligent, flexible environments that support how creatives rehearse, produce, collaborate, and build immersive experiences today.

That belief led to the creation of CREATE + DWELL.

CREATE + DWELL is a tech-enabled rehearsal and production space designed for modern creative work. Our spaces are available for hourly rental and thoughtfully built to support everything from intimate rehearsals to large-scale tours, live performances, auditions, music videos, filming, meetings, video reel production, branding development, launch events, or simply a place to reset and recharge.

What sets CREATE + DWELL apart is our focus on technology as a creative partner. Beyond physical space, we are building intelligent systems and customer-facing tools that streamline booking, enhance collaboration, and empower artists to create and deliver immersive work more efficiently. In many ways, CREATE + DWELL is the infrastructure the artistic community has been missing—combining space, technology, and experience under one roof.

My goal with CREATE + DWELL is not only to provide access, but to raise the standard for creative production. I am passionate about supporting artists, fostering collaboration, and building systems that allow creativity to thrive sustainably. Together, I believe we can make CREATE + DWELL a catalyst for the next chapter of the artistic landscape in Los Angeles—and beyond.
