CREATE + DWELL has been years in the making—shaped by my experience in the industry and a clear need for better, smarter creative spaces. This first round allows me to build the core systems, space, and technology that bring the vision to life.Your early belief and support truly matter, and I’m grateful you’re here.

This Friends & Family round represents the initial funding phase for CREATE + DWELL—designed to build the foundation of a tech-enabled rehearsal and production space, while positioning the company for future investor funding.

Contributions from this Friends & Family round directly support the foundational elements of CREATE + DWELL, including:

  • Studio design, build-out, and infrastructure

  • Technology + AI-integrated systems

  • App and booking platform development

  • Operational setup required for launch and scale

These components are essential to delivering a high-quality, future-forward creative environment.
